Kegel

Kegel exercises are beneficial to both men and women. Several factors can weaken the pelvic floor muscles such as pregnancy, childbirth, aging, and weight gain. Men can also experience a weakened pelvic floor as they age. This can lead to incontinence, especially if the man has had prostate surgery.

The pelvic floor muscles support the womb, the bladder, and the bowels. A weakened pelvic floor muscle can result in the pelvic organs lowering into the woman’s vagina becoming uncomfortable and cause urinary incontinence.
